Allowing Cabal to go trough the Windows XP Firewall

Ok normally XP reminds you if the Windows XP Firewall won't let a programm trough. But just in case i make here a tutorial


Press the Start Button and go then to the "Control Center" (on my pic it is Systemsteuerung) . There you have to go to "Windows Firewall"



after selecting it a new window will pop up:



There you have to click on the red market part and a new register will open:

Click there on "Program..." and a new window will open again




Check if you have in the list all the Cabal Programms there, if yes just click on them in the List and then on ok. if not, press on the button which has at the picture a red circle and search for the cabalmain, cabal, update.exe and click then on ok , then you have to do the steps again untill al the cabal files are ok =)
